With the economies of the world still reeling from the effects of acts of global terrorism, 2002 began in a relatively subdued fashion, with "consolidation" being the keyword. However the rewards for last years labour kept Biznet riding on the crest of a wave. At the Business Eye Golden Eye web awards in February, Biznet grabbed four of the seven awards including the overall award for Best Web Site of the Year. February also saw Biznet Managing Partner Adrian Bradley named within the Top 3 Northern Ireland Business People by the Institute of Directors. First place in the Outstanding Growth Category of the Belfast Telegraph Business Awards and a top three spot in the Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 further reinforced and recognised the dramatic success that Biznet have and continue to achieve. 2002, The Biznet Year That Was.
