Online Regeneration for Ilex URC

Biznet were selected to redesign and redevelop a new online presence for Ilex.
Ilex urc, the only Urban Regeneration Company in N.Ireland, was established in 2003 to promote the physical, economic and social regeneration of Derry~Londonderry and has specific responsibility to manage and re-develop two former military bases of Ebrington (26 acres) and Fort George (14 acres).
Urban Regeneration Companies (URCs) are independent companies, whose principal aim is to engage the private sector in a sustainable regeneration strategy, working within the context of a wider strategic regeneration framework, which takes full account of the problems and opportunities for an entire area.
Driven by Biznet's Concentric Enterprise Content Management system the site boasts a wealth of up to date information and clear visual images of the regeneration of Derry~Londonderry.
The system is part of an overall Marketing strategy to promote the activities and services provided by Ilex URC.
