The Centre specializes in planning, monitoring and advocacy at city, local, national and international levels and provides regionalized information, advice and training services. Evidence-based research influences positive change in legislation, policy and practice. We have more than 250 affiliated organisations as part of our network.

Ross Park Hotel
"Rosspark Hotel, based in Kells, just outside Ballymena, is a long established Hotel. Known as one of the leading wedding venues, we also cater for conferences, short breaks as well as having one of the leading restaurants in Northern Ireland.
With an existing website in place which was now outdated and rigid, we searched for a new web company who could supply us a suitable site for our needs.
Our brief was for a website which was fresh, clean, showed off our new corporate branding, could showcase the images of the hotel, and probably the biggest criteria, was to find a site which we could control.
The answer lay with biznet IIS, who offered a comprehensive service from start to finish. Before the work began we knew exactly what we were getting and when. However, along the way we did require a few changes to design, and biznet IIS were happy to oblige.
The site is now live and we are extremely happy with all aspects. The control aspect means that we can update the site regularly with hotel news, information for customers, as well as updating our menus online which change monthly. The e-news feature has also been a big addition and something which we never had before. We now target customers regularly to invite them to our Bridal Fairs, Functions and offering them special offers at the hotel.
Rooms were always available to book online, but with the new ‘user-friendly’ site, online bookings have certainly increased. In addition we have just recently added on-line vouchers to purchase which we feel will be a great benefit to our customers, and also save a lot of time for our staff.
Overall our experience with Biznet has been extremely positive, and it doesn’t end there! The continual assistance from the company has been fantastic. In addition to the initial training on the web site, Biznet are always available to assist with any queries that we have had in the time that that site has gone live."
